The special thing about Mangle Di Kulfi is that this Kulfi is not prepared in any big factory, but Pankaj Dhingra and his artisans prepare it in their own shop. Told that natural fruits are used in making ice cream and kulfi. Mango, strawberry and pineapple are specially used to make them.

One special thing about these Kulfi parlors is that the more old this parlor is, the more old are the artisans here. An artisan who makes these special Kulfi is doing the same work here for 30 years. An artisan named Ram Bahadur has been feeding people by making delicious Kulfi for 30 years.
